Refund policy

We love our loyal customers, which is why we have a 14-day ‘no questions asked’ return policy. This means you have 2 weeks for a change of heart and you need to contact us in writing if you would like to apply for a Return Authorisation within this time frame.

To be eligible for a return, you will require a proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition it was when it was purchased. This refers to the item being complete with tags if applicable, boxed or packaged in its original packaging and unridden, unused and or unworn where applicable. We understand you will probably want to ride a bike to see if you like it so we will always aim to work with you for the best solution to suit your needs.

To commence the return process, you can contact us at support@oceansidebikes.com.au for a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Items will not be accepted in the warehouse with a RA.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
